Nia (NI-Yah)
No worries if you pronounce it wrong, it happens all the time!
My work history includes careers helping others. Lifeguarding in my early 20’s then moved along to becoming a Registered Nurse where I spent many years of my career specializing in neurosurgery.
In my own personal medical journey experience, I found Massage Therapy most beneficial from all the different modalities that I tried and felt so strongly about it that in 2014 I made the career change.
At age 40 my focus moved away from the hospital setting to return to school and became a Registered Massage Therapist.
My personal passion is researching, understanding and treating chronic pain issues. I believe that only YOU know your body best and I’m here to listen to your concerns and treat you to your own comfort level.
I’m happy to answer any questions you have and look forward to meeting you!
